TERMS OF SERVICE

[ART DRAWN BY @JANAROWE]Heya there! Thank you for my reading my TOS! I try to answer any questions you may have before commissioning me, but if you don't see what you're looking for don't be afraid to ask! My Direct messages and Discord Messages are always open.

Payment
Payment is Always Up front. I will not start your commission until payment is received, if your more comfortable paying after I finish a sketch for you I would gladly do so! (I will never charge for concept sketches.) I want you to be happy with the art your receiving.♡

I work on commissions in order so if you want to know the commission queue before yours beforehand I will gladly send you the list! Please respect I try to get the commissions complete in a fair and timely matter for each person so I will not work on any that are after a current one. If you want a commission done for a holiday or birthday please let me know before we agree on a commission!

Refunds
I do accept refunds depending on the circumstances, if I have yet to start your commission and you have only received a concept sketch I will give you a full refund since I haven't used any supplies or time on the artwork.If the commission has been lined or partially coloured I will ONLY refund half of the commission due to the time and supplies taken. (Due to, I cannot reuse that paper or change it and will be forced to toss that drawing.)If the commission is almost complete / completed I will NOT refund the commission. If you ask for a refund or charge back after the piece is completed you will be blacklisted from my account.BUT. If the commission has taken longer than three months, I will refund the commissioner no matter the stage of the commission.

➳Racism of ANY kind
➳Fetishes & Kinks
➳Heavy Nudity
➳Pedophilia or anything associated
➳Zoophilia
➳Anything along those lines.If you're ever curious about commission types like Button pins, Stickers, Keychains and other art projects along those lines; we can discuss that anytime through dm! I'm very flexible when it comes to designs and commissions and I have absolutely no problem changing the sketch and overall commission in that stage, I never charge to fix a sketch or create multiple thumbnails until you're comfortable with the commission.

All prices are determined by the time they take to complete, the complexity of the character(s) and the size of the artwork. I also accept split payments between USD and DA Points! :) Don't ever be afraid if you have any questions or concerns!

When accepting Deviantart commissions, the currency value is
$1.00 USD = 100 Points.

Paypal is priority payment but I also accept Venmo, CashApp and Ko-fi.

I mainly accept PayPal commissions, but sub options are Venmo, Cashapp and occasionally Deviantart! Though I'll announce on my accounts when DA commissions are open, but if you ever have any questions about them don't be afraid to ask.
Ko-fi will also be a an option as soon as I complete a revamp, as of now its a wip!

Please note, I only accept art as payment with mutuals or when Art Trades are open! I always will update when I'm accepting trades.
